For World Mental Health Day, Primary 6 and 7 children participated in a Mental Health workshop led by Karen from the Bogside and Brandywell Health Forum. The children discussed the different things that can affect our mental health and they learnt different strategies that we can use to help us manage our mental health. Throughout the day, children also completed activities including art and exercise to celebrate going Yellow for our young minds.
