The Long Tower family were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of teacher and friend, Magdalen Donnelly.
Magdalen attended Long Tower Girls and spent many happy years teaching in our school. She showed a great love of her job and all pupils in her care. The classroom was always a brighter place with her presence, knowledge and wisdom. She touched the lives of pupils, parents and staff. She will be greatly missed.
Our deepest sympathies go out to Magdalen's family at this difficult time.
