To round off Children's Mental Health Week, we are joined by Jack O'Brien, a fitness instructor with Derry and Strabane District Council. During lock down, Jack has been creating many fitness videos to make sure people maintain a good level of fitness and also look after their mental health!
Pupils, parents and staff have been challenged by Jack to get involved!
